2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the tungsten halogen exposure lamps fitted in electrostatic copying machines. It lays down the terms and definitions used for these lamps, their type designation, the requirements they have to meet, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The lamps covered are those serving for exposure in an electrostatic copier, referred to in the text simply as the lamp.
