JB/T 9028-2012 is the English-translated version of 运输绞车.

JB/T 9028-2012 is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for the transport winch. It sets the types and the basic parameters of the winch, its technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and the provisions on marking, the instruction manual, packaging, transport and storage. Throughout the text the machine is referred to simply as the winch. Its Chinese classification is D93 and its international classification 73.100.40. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 3768, GB 3836.1, GB 3836.2, GB/T 4879-1999 and GB 20180. It supersedes JB/T 9028-1999.
