JB/T 8815-2014 is the English-translated version of 工程机械 锌铝合金轴套 技术条件.
JB/T 8815-2014 is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for zinc-aluminium alloy bushings used on construction machinery. It states the requirements these bushings must meet, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Bushings fitted to bulldozers, excavators, pipelayers, loaders and hoisting machines fall within its scope. The casting alloy and its analysis are covered through GB/T 1175 and the GB/T 12689 series, while GB/T 228.1, GB/T 231.1, GB/T 1958, GB/T 2828.1, GB/T 2829 and JB/T 5936 serve the mechanical testing and the sampling.
It takes the place of JB/T 8815-1998. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.

1 Foreword
JB/T 8815-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8815-1998.
2 Scope
JB/T 8815-2014 is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for zinc-aluminium alloy bushings used on construction machinery. It states the requirements these bushings must meet, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. Bushings fitted to bulldozers, excavators, pipelayers, loaders and hoisting machines fall within its scope.
