1 Foreword

JB/T 8814-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8814-1998.

2 Scope

JB/T 8814-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the water-cooled hydraulic oil cooler fitted to high power dozers. It sets the requirements for the cooler and the test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage that accompany them. It applies to the hydraulic system oil coolers of dozers of more than 235 kW, shortened to cooling device, and coolers for other construction machinery may refer to it. It replaces JB/T 8814-1998 and was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It carries Chinese classification P97 and international classification 53.100, and among the standards it quotes are GB/T 13306, JB/T 5943 and JB/T 6003.
