JB/T 8776-2018 was issued by MIIT on 9 February 2018 and has been in force since 1 October 2018.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8776-1998.

2 Scope

Woodworking carbide profile cutters are the subject of JB/T 8776-2018, a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry. The document fixes the structural types and the basic dimensions of woodworking carbide arc milling cutters, then states the technical requirements they have to meet. It also gives the inspection methods used to verify those requirements and the basic requirements for marking and packaging.
