JB/T 8653-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8653-2006, JB/T 8653-1997.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for horizontal-belt vacuum filters. It fixes the types of filter and their basic parameters, then the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and finally the requirements for marking, packaging, transport and storage. Machines of the horizontal belt vacuum type are what it applies to. The Chinese classification is J77 and the international classification 73.120.
