JB/T 7953-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7953-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on inserted blade side milling cutters. It fixes the types and the dimensions of the cutter, then its technical requirements, its marking and the basic requirements that apply to its packaging. The cutters it applies to are the inserted tooth ones, and the diameters it covers run from 80 mm to 315 mm. Three standards are quoted in it: GB/T 6119.2, GB/T 6132 and JB/T 7955. The edition it supersedes is JB/T 7953-1999.
