JB/T 6287-2008 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard setting out the reliability determination test methods for grain combine harvesters. It fixes the basic requirements for the test, the sampling rules, the test duration, the principles for deciding and counting failures, the classification of failures, the handling of the data and the reliability indices, and it prescribes the test report. It applies to the reliability assessment of combine harvesters in mass production, and trial prototypes may also be tested with reference to it. The document carries the Chinese classification B91.
