It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6197.2-1999.

2 Scope
This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry dealing with shear blade grinding machines. This second part sets the requirements that govern the design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of such machine tools.
