JB/T 6174-2020 is the English-translated version of 仪器仪表印制电路板组装件老化工艺规范.
JB/T 6174-2020 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the aging process applied to printed circuit board assemblies used in instruments. It sets out the basic content of aging screening for these assemblies and the requirements it has to meet.

1 Foreword
JB/T 6174-2020 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 9 December 2020 and has been in force since 1 July 2021.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6174-1992.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the aging process applied to printed circuit board assemblies used in instruments. It sets out the basic content of aging screening for these assemblies and the requirements it has to meet. Its field of use is the aging screening of the various printed circuit boards found in the instrumentation industry. The standard carries Chinese classification N06 and ICS 19. It quotes GB/T 2421, GB/T 2424.1-2015, GB/T 2424.5-2006, GB/T 2424.7-2006 and GB 50169-2016, and it replaces JB/T 6174-1992.
