JB/T 5428-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 5428-2004.

2 Scope

JB/T 5428-2013 belongs to the recommended standards of the Chinese machinery industry and deals with the stencil vacuum frame used in printing.
