1 Foreword

2 Scope

JB/T 4278.11-2011 covers, within the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on verification procedures for rubber and plastic wire and cable test equipment, the low temperature bending test device, which the record also names the low temperature winding test machine. It sets the verification items and the technical requirements for that machine, the apparatus used, the test methods and the treatment of the results. It applies to such machines when newly manufactured, when in use and after maintenance. The text is classified K13 in the Chinese system and 29.060 internationally. It quotes JB/T 4278.1-2011.
