JB/T 4081-2011 was issued by MIIT on 20 December 2011 and has been in force since 1 April 2012.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4081-1991.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on vacuum technology, and its subject is the sputter-ion pump.
