JB/T 4052-2015 was issued by MIIT on 30 April 2015 and has been in force since 1 October 2015.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4052-1994.
2 Scope
JB/T 4052-2015 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the single-phase series motors of household sewing machines and for the speed governors that go with them. It gives the types, the basic parameters and dimensions, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules for motor and governor alike, and adds the provisions on marking, packaging, storage and transport. Its field is the household sewing machine motor and its governor, and it states that single-phase series motors and speed controllers for bag sewing machines may also be referred to it.
