JB/T 3776-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 3776-1997.

2 Scope

JB/T 3776-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard covering umbrella drill rigs. It specifies the types and basic parameters of the umbrella drill rig, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and it also deals with marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to compressed-air powered umbrella drill stands used in drilling and blasting construction to drill blast holes.
