JB/T 3760-2008 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for float-type pneumatic gauges. It gives the terminology and definitions for these instruments, their types and basic parameters, the requirements they must meet, the test methods, and the rules for marking and packaging. It applies to float-type pneumatic measuring instruments with scale division values of 0.2 µm, 0.5 µm, 1.0 µm, 2.0 µm and 5.0 µm. It replaces JB/T 3760-1991, and among the standards it quotes are GB/T 4879-1999, GB/T 5048-1999 and GB/T 17163-1997. The classifications recorded are J42 and 17.040.30.
