Scope

JB/T 20199-2021 is the English-translated version of 中药自动化煎制系统.

Hospital pharmacies and decoction centres that prepare herbal decoctions by machine work to JB/T 20199-2021, the Chinese machinery industry standard for automatic decoction systems for traditional Chinese medicine.

The system it describes covers the whole chain: receiving and checking prescriptions, dispensing, soaking, decocting, concentrating, transporting the dregs, cleaning and packaging.

Materials touching the process medium must be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and free of chemical reaction or adsorption with the drug.

1 Scope

3.1 Automatic decoction system for traditional Chinese medicine

It is an automatic decoction system that realizes the whole process of traditional Chinese medicine from receiving, examining, dispensing, soaking, decocting, concentrating, dregs transportation, cleaning to packaging.

4 Requirements

4.1 Materials

Check the material quality certification materials, if the material cannot be proved, test according to the test method of the corresponding material.

The materials of the parts that are in direct contact with the required process medium should be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, not falling off, and not related to the decocted drugs (materials) or have requirements. chemical reaction or adsorption of the process medium.

4.2 Appearance

4.2.1 The outer surface of the equipment of the automatic decoction system for traditional Chinese medicine (hereinafter referred to as the "decocting system") should be smooth and flat, and the coated surface should be The coating should be dense and not fall off.

4.2.2 The surface roughness Ra value of metal parts in direct contact with the drug (material) shall not be greater than 0.8 µm when detected with a surface roughness meter.

4.2.3 The identification of visual inspection instruments and operating parts shall be clear.
