JB/T 13155-2017 is the recommended Chinese mechanical and machinery industry standard on electromagnetic, or eddy-current, examination of copper redraw rod for electrical purposes.

It states the qualifications required of the personnel who perform the testing, the equipment to be used, the calibration test bars, the calibration of instrument sensitivity and the operating procedures.

It applies to the testing of redrawn, that is multiply drawn, rods made of pure copper or oxygen-free copper with a diameter from 6 mm to 35 mm. The standard is classified J04 in the Chinese system and 19.100 in the international one, and was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It quotes GB/T 9445, GB/T 12604.6 and GB/T 20737.
