1 Foreword

JB/T 11795-2014 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry on fracture split connecting rods for reciprocating internal combustion engines. It states the technical requirements for these rods and follows them with test methods, inspection rules and provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. Its field of application is bounded at a diameter of no more than 200 mm. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 222 and a long run of the GB/T 223 parts, among them GB/T 223.5, GB/T 223.12, GB/T 223.26, GB/T 223.58 and GB/T 223.71. It carries the Chinese classification J92 and the international classification 27.020, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it.
