1 Foreword

JB/T 11112-2010 was issued by MIIT on 21 January 2011 and has been in force since 1 April 2011.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for double toothed roll crushers used in mining. It gives the types and basic parameters of the crusher, its technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage. The crusher it applies to handles brittle non-metallic material of medium hardness whose ultimate breaking strength stays below 120 MPa. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 1804-2000, GB/T 3768, GB/T 6388, GB/T 8923-1988, GB/T 9969, GB 18452 and JB/T 1604, with parts of the JB/T 5000 series also listed. Its Chinese classification is D94 and its international classification 73.120.
