2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the large ductile iron castings of gas turbines. It sets out the ordering requirements, the manufacturing processes, the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, and the quality certificates for castings of this kind. The standard applies to the ordering, the manufacture and the inspection and acceptance of the iron castings of gas turbine vane holding rings and of compressor bearings.
