1 Foreword

JB/T 11011-2010 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard dealing with the drive sprocket segments of crawler dozers. It gives the form and dimensions of the segments and then their requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage. The standard applies to the drive sprocket segments of crawler dozers with a power of 73.5 kW (100 hp) or more, and the segments of other mechanically driven crawler machines may also be handled by reference to it. It replaces JB/T 2984.4-1999, and its classifications are P97 in the Chinese system and 53.100 internationally. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 228-2002, GB/T 3077-1999 and GB/T 10561-2005.
