It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10348-2002.

2 Scope

JB/T 10348-2013 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the inverted tooth chains fitted to motorcycles. It fixes the basic parameters of these compound meshing chains, the technical requirements they must meet and the methods used to test them. The chains it deals with are the timing chains of motorcycle engines and the chains that drive oil pumps.
