JB/T 10195-2013 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that sets the rules for drafting the operator's manual of a low-speed vehicle. It fixes the basic requirements such a manual must satisfy and the method to be followed in preparing it, and its scope is the preparation of operator's manuals for low-speed vehicles. The standard is filed under the Chinese classification T54 and the international classification 65.060, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it. It quotes GB/T 9969-2008 and GB 10396-2006. It replaces JB/T 10195-2000, the earlier edition, whose subject was the manuals of agricultural vehicles.
