1 Scope

This standard specifies unequal angle plates of sizes 200 mm to 800 mm.

3 Dimensions

The dimensions are those shown in the figure and the table.

4 Technical requirements

4.1 Material: HT200 in accordance with GB/T 9439.

4.2 The casting shall be stress-relieved before machining.

4.3 Unless otherwise stated, the cast fillet radii are R4 to R5.

4.4 A scraped face shall show not fewer than 16 bearing points per 25 mm by 25 mm of area.

4.5 The other technical requirements are those of JB/T 8044.

5 Designation

5.1 Designation example: an unequal angle plate with L = 800 mm and B = 500 mm is designated: Angle plate 800 x 500 JB/T 10127.3-1999.
