1 Scope
This standard specifies face plates for saddle lathes with the type C and type D connections of GB/T 5900.1 to GB/T 5900.3.

3 Dimensions
The dimensions are those shown in the figure and the table, in millimetres. The plate seats on a 1:4 taper; its outside diameter is D, the bolt circle diameter D1, the register diameter D2 and the thickness H. The working face carries twenty radial tee slots and the plate is secured by four socket screws.
