1 Scope

This document specifies the content, methods, technical requirements, and inspection and acceptance of the sea area used for reclamation projects.

This document is applicable to land reclamation projects in China's domestic waters and territorial waters, and construction projects that contain sea reclamation types.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Embankment to enclose the sea area or impervious construction method to fill the land, and form an effective shoreline sea project.
