5.6 All comments should be summarized in the consultation stage, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Revision and Work of the National Environmental Protection Standards" to compile a summary of the national environmental protection standards for comments, and to study and discuss the responses, and form a review Draft and preparation instructions.

5.7 During the review and release stage, a review meeting shall be held, and the draft for review shall be revised in accordance with the review opinions to form a draft for approval, preparation for explanation and approval.

Description.

5.8 In order to formulate key points, difficulties and controversial issues found at various stages of the work, relevant experts should be consulted or grouped.

Weaving workshops to properly solve problems encountered during the preparation process.

6 Environmental Engineering Technical Specifications

6.1 It should comply with the relevant national laws, regulations and technical regulations, and national mandatory standards.

a) Based on engineering practice. the practical experience and existing problems of similar projects should be analyzed and summarized to determine the recommendations in the specification.

Process route, technical parameters, etc.;

b) Basic emission requirements are met. the recommended process routes and technical parameters in the specification shall be at least guaranteed to be achieved after treatment.

Requirements for general emission limits in emission standards;

c) Taking mature technology as the main body. the specification should recommend that it can be continuously operated, stabilized, and technically economically proven by engineering practice.

Reasonable process routes, do not recommend backward and eliminated process technology;

d) Highlight the characteristics of environmental engineering and take into account the coordination with other industry standards. the specification should focus on the selection of process routes and processes.

Part of environmental engineering features such as design requirements, design of electrical, heating and ventilation auxiliary engineering, construction, acceptance, etc.

The preparation should preferably refer to relevant professional standards and supplement the special provisions of environmental engineering.
