Foreword

To implement the "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law", reducing light vehicle production and use on the environment and human health Impact protection of environmental quality, safeguard human health, the development of this standard.

The standard for light-duty vehicles emissions, fuel consumption, interior noise, toxic materials and hazardous substances, body painting, can Proposed requirements for recycling and interior air quality and other aspects.

This standard of "environmental labeling products technical requirements for light vehicles" (HJ/T 182-2005) technical content has been revised, the main to change the following.

- Increased requirements for light vehicle pollutant emissions;

- Increased light vehicle fuel consumption requirements;

- Added Light Vehicle interior noise requirements;

- Increased light vehicle interior air quality requirements;

- Increased light vehicle body painting requirements;

- An increase in light vehicle material requirements for hazardous substances;

- Increased light vehicle recyclability requirements.

This standard applies to Chinese environmental product certification mark.

This standard is developed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection Science, Technology organization.

This standard was drafted. Ministry of Environmental Protection and Development Center.

This standard MEP January 13, 2014 for approval.

This standard since March 1, 2014 implementation date of the implementation of the place of HJ/T 182-2005.

The standard explanation by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
