Gasoline oil and gas closed collection system for any leaking point of the oil and gas volume fraction concentration and bottom filling end and disconnect the quick connector the amount of gasoline leakage at the time is determined in accordance with GB 20950.
The pollutant discharge units in key areas implement special control requirements for unorganized emissions, and the geographic scope and time of implementation are determined by the State Council's ecological Regulations of environmental authorities or provincial people's governments.
The permissible emission concentrations of volatile organic compounds and hydrogen sulfide emitted by the boundaries of the enterprise are determined in accordance with GB 16297 and GB 14554 respectively.
Where there are stricter emission standards, follow the regulations.
If multiple production facilities or discharge outlets with different permitted emission concentrations adopt a mixed method to discharge exhaust gas, and the selected monitoring the location can only monitor the emission concentration of pollutants in the mixed exhaust gas, and the strictest permitted emission concentration limit among the limit requirements should be implemented.
4.2.2.2.2 Permitted emissions
Permitted emissions include annual permitted emissions and permitted emissions during special periods. Sewage discharge units of oil storage depots should be clearly organized the annual permitted discharge ...
