HG/T 4915-2016 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for the determination of the reflectance of white reflective film. It sets out the measurement method for the white reflective film used in flat panel displays. The determination is made by the integrating sphere method and applies to the white reflective film fitted in the backlight module of a flat panel display. Chinese classification G15 and international classification 71.080.99 place the standard among organic chemical products rather than among display components. The measurement is carried out together with GB/T 9086 and GB/T 3978-2008. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
