This standard specifies the types, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial sodium bisulfate. This standard applies to industrial sodium bisulfate produced by Glauber's salt sulfate method and sodium chlorite by-product recovery. The product is mainly used as a dyeing aid for acid dyes, a flux for mineral decomposition, preparation of medical disinfectants and detergents, raw materials for the manufacture of sulfate and sodium alum, catalyst for organic synthesis, regulator of salt brine in salt field drying industry, acidity Regulator, sewage treatment agent, chlorine dioxide disinfectant; also used in oil drilling and soil improvement.
