HG/T 4493-2013 is the English-translated version of 农业机械用轻型V带.

HG/T 4493-2013 is the recommended chemical industry standard of China for light-duty V-belts used on agricultural machinery. It lays down the structure of the belt, the models and markings and the AV cross-sectional dimensions, then the requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and finally marking, labeling, packaging, transport and storage. The belts in scope are the light AV section type, called light V-belts throughout the text. It shares the classification of the other belt standards of its year, G42 in China and ICS 21.220.10. GB/T 3686 and GB/T 11544 are the standards it draws on. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
