HG/T 4488-2012 is the English-translated version of 硝酸生产企业氧化亚氮（N2O）排放量的计算方法.
HG/T 4488-2012 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard giving the method for calculating nitrous oxide emissions from nitric acid production. It provides the terms and definitions used for N2O emissions by nitric acid producers, the basic principles of the calculation, the boundary it must take in, and the calculation methods themselves. The standard is applicable to nitrous oxide emissions across the whole of the nitric acid production process. ISO 14064-1 is called up as its reference document.
