HG/T 4123-2009 is the English-translated version of 预硫化胎面.

HG/T 4123-2009 is a recommended chemical industry standard of China dealing with precured tread. It gives the terms and definitions for the product and fixes the technical requirements, the test methods and the rules on marking, packaging and storage. It applies to precured tread made from natural rubber and from synthetic rubber. Precured tread carrying a skeleton layer and polyurethane precured tread fall outside its scope. The physical testing follows GB/T 528, GB/T 529, GB/T 531.1, GB/T 1687, GB/T 1689, GB/T 3512 and GB/T 6326. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
