HG/T 4076-2008 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for poly(vinyl chloride) resins made by mass polymerization. It sets the classification of the product, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to general purpose mass polymerized PVC resin as produced. Its property determinations follow the resin testing documents it quotes, among them GB/T 2913, GB/T 2914, GB/T 3400, GB/T 3401, GB/T 4611, GB/T 4615, GB/T 5761-2006, GB/T 9348 and GB/T 9349. Issued on 23 April 2008, it has applied since 1 October 2008.
