HG/T 3941-2007 is the English-translated version of 工业用液氯 水分含量的测定 电量法.
HG/T 3941-2007 is a recommended chemical industry standard of China dealing with the water content of liquid chlorine for industrial use. It sets out the coulometric determination of that water content. The method is intended for product whose water content lies between 1 microgram per gram and 1000 micrograms per gram. The product requirements themselves are those of GB 5138-2006, which the standard quotes. It carries the Chinese classification G13 and the international classification 71.060.10. Issued on 20 July 2007, it has applied since 1 January 2008.
