HG/T 3820-2013 is the English-translated version of 合成水滑石分析方法.
HG/T 3820-2013 is the Chinese chemical industry standard that collects the test methods for synthetic hydrotalcite. The methods determine the particle size distribution and the aggregation index, the contents of magnesium oxide, aluminium oxide and zinc oxide, the molar ratio of MgO to Al2O3 and of ZnO to Al2O3, and the contents of heavy metals expressed as lead and of iron. The procedures build on general chemical methods, among them GB/T 3049, GB/T 5950, GB/T 6682 and GB/T 19587, together with HG/T 3696.1, HG/T 3696.2 and HG/T 3696.3. It replaces the earlier edition HG/T 3820-2006. Issued on 17 October 2013, it has applied since 1 March 2014.
