HG/T 3233-2009 is the English-translated version of 垫带硫化机.

HG/T 3233-2009 is a recommended chemical industry standard of China for flap curing presses, the machines on which tyre flaps are vulcanised. It fixes the basic parameters of the press, its technical requirements, its safety requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules. Its scope is the hydraulic type of flap curing press. The standard quotes GB/T 191, GB/T 1184-1996, GB/T 2346, GB 5226.1, GB/T 12783, GB/T 13306, GB/T 13384, HG/T 3120 and HG/T 3228. It supersedes HG/T 3233-1989. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
