HG/T 2746-2010 is the English-translated version of 对氨基苯磺酸钠.
Sodium sulfanilate, the sodium salt of aminobenzenesulfonic acid, is the subject of HG/T 2746-2010, a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard. The text gives the requirements for the product, the sampling, the test methods and the inspection rules, together with marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. It is written for the quality control of the sulfanilate, which the Chinese classification places among the dyestuff intermediates. Its methods use GB/T 601 and GB/T 603, GB/T 2381 from the dye test series, GB/T 6678, GB/T 6682, GB/T 8170 and GB/T 9722. The 2010 text replaces HG/T 2746-1996. Issued on 22 November 2010, it has applied since 1 March 2011.
