Scope
HG/T 2644-2011 is the English-translated version of 胶辊赵氏（P.J）硬度计技术条件.
The Pusey and Jones hardness tester used on rubber-covered rollers is the subject of HG/T 2644-2011, a recommended chemical industry standard. It explains the measuring principle and the structure of the instrument, then sets the requirements, the testing, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The instruments in its scope are those that determine the apparent hardness of the rubber covering of a roller in P&J degrees. GB/T 230.1, HG/T 2382 and HG/T 2413.1 are quoted in the text. This edition takes the place of HG/T 2644-1994. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
