HG/T 2472-2007 is the English-translated version of 聚氯乙烯沸腾床干燥器技术条件.
HG/T 2472-2007 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard that sets the technical requirements for PVC fluidized bed dryers, covering their design, manufacture, inspection, installation, testing and acceptance. It is written for the heat-type fluidized bed dryer used on poly(vinyl chloride). The wet PVC it handles carries a moisture content of 23 % to 27 % on a wet-mass basis and a particle size of 30 µm to 350 µm, and dryers above the capacity limit the standard sets may still use it as a reference. GB/T 700, GB/T 983, GB/T 1804, GB/T 3280, GB/T 3281, GB/T 4226, GB/T 13296, GB/T 13306, JB 4708, JB/T 4730 and YB/T 5091 are quoted. It replaces HG/T 2472-1993. Issued on 22 September 2007, it has applied since 1 April 2008.
