HG/T 2446-2016 is the English-translated version of 胶辊 第5部分：造纸胶辊.
HG/T 2446-2016 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard forming Part 5 of the rubber roller series, the part devoted to rubber rollers for papermaking.
It classifies and marks these rollers, describes their product structure, and sets the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage.
Its scope is the rollers of paper-making machinery, among them rolling, guide, press, sizing and calender rollers, and other rollers of a similar kind may be dealt with by reference to it.
The testing called up includes GB/T 528, GB/T 531.1, GB/T 1689, GB/T 1690, GB/T 3512, GB/T 4459.5, GB/T 9239.1 and GB/T 11211, with HG/T 2413.2, HG/T 3078 and HG/T 3079 cited as well.
It replaces HG/T 2446-2005. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
