HG/T 2148-2009 is the English-translated version of 密闭式炼胶机炼塑机检测方法.
HG/T 2148-2009 is a recommended Chinese chemical industry standard setting out the measuring methods for internal mixers used with rubber and plastics. It fixes the test conditions, the measuring instruments and the methods applied when an internal mixer and its ram are checked. It applies to the testing of machines that work rubber in batches by means of a pair of shaped rotors, whether for mixing or for mastication. The standards quoted in it are GB/T 9707-2010, GB/T 18153-2000, GB 25433-2010, HG/T 2108, HG/T 3120-1998 and HG/T 3228-2001. It supersedes HG/T 2148-1991. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
