Part 2 of the HG/T 2055 series, HG/T 2055.2-2019, is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for manholes fitted with a sight glass on glass-lined steel vessels. It defines the types, the basic parameters and the main dimensions, states the requirements, and covers the delivery documents, the packaging, the transport and the storage. It applies to manholes with sight glasses on glass-lined vessels of nominal pressure not greater than 1.0 MPa and design temperature in the range -20 °C to 200 °C. GB/T 23259-2009, GB 25025, HG/T 2055.1 and HG/T 2144 are quoted by it. It supersedes HG/T 2055.2-2013. Issued on 24 December 2019, it has applied since 1 July 2020.
