Foreword

SAC/TC 72 is in charge of this English translation. In case of any doubt about the contents of English translation, the Chinese original shall be considered authoritative.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in the GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces the HG/T 2051.3-2013 Glass-lined agitator retreat curve impeller type in whole.

In addition to a number of editorial changes, the following technical deviations have been made with respect to the HG/T 2051.3-2013:

- - Removed specifications for agitator of mixing vessel with 400L nominal capacity (see Table 1 of 2013 edition);

- - The dimensions of blade t in Table 1 of the original standard were revised from the original "t" to "t2 × t4", i.e., from the original "48, 60, 80, 97, 130,155,170, 195" to "48× 25, 60 × 30, 86 × 43, 97 × 50, 130 × 70, 155× 78, 170 × 90, 196 × 95 "( see Table 1, and Table 1 of 2013 edition);

- - The wall thickness S of the agitator shaft for vessels with nominal volumes of 6 300L and 8 000L was revised from the original "8mm" to "10mm" (see Table 1, and Table 1 of 2013 edition);

- - Revised the size of L4 in Table 2 of the original standard from the original "80, 100, 110, 120" to "60, 90, 100, 110" (see Table 2, and Table 2 of 2013 edition);

- - Revised the size of L3 in Table 3 of the original standard from the original "20, 20, 20, 24, 24, 28" to "36, 36, 36, 42, 42, 46" (see Table 3, and Table 3 of 2013 edition);

- - Revised the size of L33 in Table 3 of the original standard from the original "34, 34, 34, 42, 42, 48" to " 50, 50, 52, 60, 60, 66" (see Table 3, and Table 3 of 2013 edition);

- - Revised the size of L3 in Table 4 of the original standard from the original "18, 18, 22, 22, 26, 30" to "26, 30, 36, 40, 40, 42" (see Table 4, and Table 4 of 2013 edition);

- - Revised the size of L33 in Table 4 of the original standard from the original "32, 32, 38, 40, 44, 50" to "40, 44, 52, 56, 58, 62" (see Table 4, and Table 4 of 2013 edition);

- - Deleted the structure type, main size and basic parameters of BII-type shaft end;

- - The shaft end code "BI-type" revised to "B-type" (see 3.2,3.3, and Clause 3.2, 3.3 of 2013 edition);

- - Added the structure type, main size and basic parameters of the D-type shaft end (see Figure 5, Table 5);

- - Deleted Clause 4.4 " Welding seams shall not have obvious roughness or unevenness " and Clause 4.5 " Blades shall not have obvious processing imprint " in the original standard (see Clause 4.4 and Clause 4.5 of 2013 edition).
