Scope

GB/Z 44789-2024 is the English-translated version of 微电网动态控制要求.

GB/Z 44789-2024 is a guiding technical document, not a mandatory standard, setting out what is expected of the systems that hold microgrid frequency and voltage steady in real time.

It gives general requirements together with clauses on dynamic frequency control and dynamic voltage control, and defines dynamic control as real-time regulation of active and reactive power drawn from sources, loads and storage.

The control system is expected to monitor node voltages, currents and other state quantities while keeping a stability margin, to smooth out large disturbances by adjusting generation, storage and load, to keep voltage and frequency within GB/T 12325, GB/T 12326 and GB/T 15945, and to trip the tie line quickly when a fault makes a grid-connected microgrid unstable.

It covers grid-connected and stand-alone AC microgrids at 35 kV and below. It was issued on 26 October 2024.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required.

1 Scope

This document specifies the overall requirements for microgrids, dynamic frequency control, and dynamic voltage control requirements.

This document applies to the dynamic control of grid-connected and stand-alone AC microgrids with voltage levels of 35 kV and below.

2 Normative references

The contents of the following documents constitute the essential clauses of this document through normative references in this document.

For referenced documents without a date, only the latest version (including all amendments) applies to this document. In this document.

GB/T 12325 Power quality supply voltage deviation

GB/T 12326 Power quality voltage fluctuations and flicker

GB/T 15945 Power quality - Power system frequency deviation

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Microgrid dynamic control

Maintain key parameters of the microgrid such as frequency and voltage within the normal range, and perform real-time control of the active power and reactive power of the microgrid.

3.2 Microgrid frequency dynamic control

Maintain the frequency of the microgrid within the limit and perform real-time control of the active power of the microgrid power supply, load or energy storage.

3.3 Microgrid voltage dynamic control

Maintain the microgrid voltage within the limit and perform real-time control of the reactive power of the microgrid power supply, load or energy storage.

4 General Requirements

4.1 The microgrid dynamic control system should monitor the voltage, current and other state quantities of each node in the microgrid and maintain a certain Stability margin.

4.2 When a large disturbance occurs, the microgrid dynamic control system should smooth out the disturbance by adjusting the power supply, energy storage and load to maintain the stability of the microgrid.

The voltage and frequency of the microgrid should meet the requirements of GB/T 12325, GB/T 12326 and GB/T 15945.

4.3 When a fault occurs at the grid connection point or within the microgrid, causing system instability, the dynamic control system of the microgrid connected to the grid should be quickly disconnected. Grid connection line.

5 Microgrid Frequency Dynamic Control

5.1 When the microgrid grid-connected tie line has a large power exchange and the grid-connected to off-grid switching occurs, the microgrid dynamic control system should adjust the power output
