1 Scope
This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for the production of chilli pepper, covering mainly the selection and management of the production base, the management of production inputs, cultivation management, pest control, labour protection, batch management and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the production of chilli pepper.
This Guidance Document specifies the basic requirements for the production of peppers, mainly including the selection and management of production bases, the production inputs Management, cultivation and management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. This guideline is applicable to the production of peppers.
2 Normative references

3 Production base selection and management
3.1 production base selection Environmental conditions of the production base should be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 18407.1, and fill out the "basic record of production base" (see Table A.1) And "record of existing species survey of production base" (see Table A.2). Should choose flat topography, irrigation and drainage convenience, deep soil, loose soil Fertile, good physical and chemical properties, the first 2 years to 3 years without planting tomato, pepper and other Solanaceous crops loam plots. The production base should be far away from pollution sources. Contiguous area should be more than 3hm2.
3.2 production base management
3.2.1 studio Production base should have a studio. Indoor equipped with tables and chairs, information cupboard, etc., placed on the production management record list, posted production technology regulations Fan, pest control safety medication standards list, base management and input management and other relevant rules and regulations.
3.2.2 base warehouse The production base should be built with a dedicated warehouse, separate storage facilities for pesticides and unused seeds (seedlings), pesticides, fertilizers and so on. Warehouse should be safe, Wei Health, ventilation, dark, shelves, equipped with the necessary pesticide measuring tools, protective clothing, first aid kit, etc., and fill in the "main agricultural equipment (tools) Record Table "(see Table A.3).
3.2.3 bathroom Production base should be equipped with toilets, indoor sanitation.
3.2.4 Waste and pollutant collection facilities The production base should be equipped with separate collection of waste and pesticide empty packaging and other waste and pollutants facilities.
3.2.5 Irrigation system Production base should establish a separate irrigation and drainage management systems, such as storage tanks, water supply channels, irrigation equipment. Well water well wellhead should be above the ground 30cm above, and is equipped with protective equipment to prevent rainwater intrusion and abandonment of pollutants.
3.2.6 Plant Inspectors Production base should be equipped with plant protection staff, responsible for the prevention and control of pests and diseases, pesticide use management and records. The number of plant protection staff should be able to meet each one Base production needs, and fill out the "basic record of production base" (see Table A.1) and "production base registration form" (see Table A.4). NPPOs should be certified as NPPOs and trained in Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
