1 Scope

This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for the production of winter jujube, covering mainly the selection and management of the production base, the management of production inputs, cultivation management, pest control, labour protection, batch management and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the production of winter jujube.

This guidance specifies the basic technical requirements of winter jujube production, including the selection and management of production bases, production inputs Management, cultivation and management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. 3 Terms and definitions

4 Production base selection and management
