Scope
GB/T 9532-2012 is the English-translated version of 压电单晶材料型号命名方法.
GB/T 9532-2012 fixes the type designations of the piezoelectric single crystal materials used in surface acoustic wave and bulk acoustic wave devices.
The model is built from five parts, the first of which is the main constituent given as a letter code: LN for lithium niobate LiNbO3, KN for potassium niobate KNbO3, LT for lithium tantalate LiTaO3, BGO for bismuth germanate Bi12GeO20, BSO for bismuth silicate Bi12SiO20, LBO for lithium tetraborate Li2B4O7, LGS for langasite La2Ga5SiO14, LGN for lanthanum gallium niobate La2Ga5.5Nb0.5O14 and LGT for lanthanum gallium tantalate La2Ga5.5Ta0.5O14.
The potassium niobate, lithium tetraborate and langasite families and the Y128° lithium tantalate growth are new in this edition. Clause 1 excludes the designation of synthetic quartz crystal material.
It replaces GB/T 9532-1988, was issued on 5 November 2012 and has applied since 15 February 2013.

Foreword
This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 9532-1988 "lithium niobate, tantalum, lithium, bismuth germanate, bismuth silicate single crystal piezoelectric material type designation", and GB/T 9532-1988 compared, in addition to editorial changes outside the main changes are as follows.
--- Change the name of the original standard. a piezoelectric single crystal material type designation;
--- Increased potassium niobate, lithium tetraborate, germanium and gallium lanthanum strontium gallium acid series;
--- Increased Y128 ° lithium tantalate single crystal sample grown.
The standard proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the SAW and bulk acoustic wave device using a piezoelectric single crystal material type designation.
This standard applies to surface acoustic wave and bulk acoustic wave device naming piezoelectric single crystal material models.
This standard does not apply to material for artificial quartz crystal type designation.
